Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for PTO club registrations will only be considered if a cancellation request is submitted in writing and received by the PTO office at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the respective club. Refund Amount: Refunds, when eligible, will be processed for the registration fee minus any applicable credit card fees incurred during the initial transaction. Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable. Refund Processing Time: Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests received less than two weeks before the club start date will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to approval by the PTO.
